Accounts Assistant

Within the role as an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for processing invoices, preparing payment runs and making payments to Landlords.You will ensure supplier invoices are made out to the correct legal entity and VAT group and will update Landlord rents payable and ensure all information is processed accurately.

Due-diligence and commercial evaluation of opportunities with effective communication and management of change will be a significant part of this role. In addition, you will create processes, workflows and set up IT operating systems for new schemes and will develop and deliver communications strategy and plan to ensure effective roll out and implementation.

Accommodation Advisor

Within this office-based role, you will be responsible for liaising with Licensees of properties through issues with quick fixes, reporting, monitoring and chasing up a variety of maintenance issues raised. You will also deal with access requests and any noise or nuisance disputes.
