Care Worker

Are you confident, friendly and compassionate? Then you could be perfect for a Care Worker position. As a Care Worker, you will provide personal care, health care, domestic services and dietary care to the Mears clients. No qualifications are required for this role.

Care Coordinator

Care Coordinators will assist in the day to day operation of the Home Care Services business and participate in staff development training and appraisals. Care Coordinators required to ensure that the services are operated in accordance with Health and Safety legislation.

Visiting Officer

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Visiting Officer provides, a consistent, timely, high quality visiting and Worker and/or Service User assessment service which meet the needs of the business.

Branch Manager

Branch Managers have overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the operations and growth of the Branch, they are accountable for all personnel related matters including recruitment and the management of branch staff.
